The Bad Ones is an excellent story that kept me on my toes. At no point was I sure how this would end. I loved the characters and started to feel like maybe I too lived in this town.
This story reminded me of my childhood and friends spending countless hours in the woods. We had our own version of the goddess game that was played on recess behind the soccer field. I’m so glad the stories we told weren’t real and that this story was just a novel.
